Your Career Expert will assemble a list of openings that fit your interests and skills for your review. You can check the details and determine which possibilities you’d like to pursue.

We submit your resume and references to the roles you choose and monitor their status daily. You may be contacted directly by the institution for an interview. If a job closes or the facility decides to go in a different direction, your Career Expert will inform you immediately and present new options to consider.

Acceleration is one of the greatest benefits of working with Wellspring. We typically receive an offer shortly after your interview. If the facility would like to make you part of their team, your Career Expert will reach out to share all the information on your new job.

When you accept your offer, we report your acceptance to the facility and launch the onboarding process. You can typically begin your new role in less than two weeks.
